These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Plus EV Bagholder (plusevbagholder.com), including the terminal software, paid memberships, Discord access, review products, and related content. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Plus EV Bagholder provides financial education content and research software — including DCF tools, screeners, watchlists, compare views, and optional email alerts. The service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and we are not your broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary. See our Disclosures page for conflicts of interest and affiliate relationships.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws in your jurisdiction.
Sign-in is handled through Clerk. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.
Paid terminal memberships and optional Discord-only access are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. Current list pricing is shown on the subscribe page; promotional or founding-member pricing may apply at checkout. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges and applicable sales tax where required.
Quick Stock Review and Portfolio Breakdown videos are separate one-time purchases. Deliverables, eligibility rules (including market-cap and ticker limits), and turnaround expectations are described on the reviews page at purchase. Chargebacks or abuse of the review process may result in refusal of future orders.
Discord access is subject to Discord’s terms and our community rules. We may revoke Discord roles or access for chargebacks, subscription lapse, or conduct that harms the community. Discord is a third-party platform; we do not control its uptime or policies.
Invited affiliate partners participate under separate program terms on the Affiliates page, including Stripe Connect onboarding and revenue-share rules. Referral links track attribution; they do not change subscriber pricing unless a promotion is explicitly shown at checkout.
You may save watchlists, portfolio tickers, DCF assumptions, notes, and similar workspace data. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service (including cross-device sync). Do not upload unlawful content or material you do not have rights to use.

End-of-day prices and fundamentals are sourced from Tiingo and other third parties. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Your use of outbound links (TradingView, Finviz, SEC filings, etc.) is subject to those sites’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The discounted cash flow calculator has additional terms of use. By using the DCF tool you also agree to the DCF Calculator Terms (/disclosures/dcf).
The site, brand, software, videos, and original content are owned by Plus EV Bagholder or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal research while your subscription is active (or while using free public pages we make available). You may not copy, sell, or create derivative products from the service without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE DATA, OR THAT ANY MODEL OUTPUT IS ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUS EV BAGHOLDER AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plus EV Bagholder from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.
Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Investment and affiliate disclosures are at /disclosures. They are part of your understanding of how we operate and do not replace professional advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the site or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in the United States, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
